We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. During this period, you can explore all features of your chosen plan without any charges. No credit card is required for the trial.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription payment. This applies only to your first payment and not to renewal payments.

3.2 Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 30 days of your first payment
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Not have violated our Terms & Conditions
  • Not have engaged in fraudulent activity

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewal payments after the initial 30-day period
  • Partial month subscriptions
  • Discounted annual or half-yearly plans after 30 days
  • Add-on services or custom development
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms violations

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining days of the current period
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation

7.2 Downgrade

8. Service Interruptions

In case of extended service interruptions (more than 24 hours) caused by our systems, we may offer prorated credits or refunds at our discretion.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
