1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Enterprise CRM ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Enterprise CRM provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for customer relationship management, including but not limited to:

  • Customer and lead management
  • Team collaboration tools
  • Campaign management
  • Integration with third-party platforms
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing Plans

We offer three pricing tiers:

  • Basic: ₹500/month (10 users)
  • Standard: ₹1000/month (11 users)
  • Premium: ₹2000/month (20 users)

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, half-yearly, or yearly basis. Discounts apply for longer billing cycles (4% for half-yearly, 10% for yearly).

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Not upload malicious code or viruses
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not use the Service to spam or harass others
  • Respect intellectual property rights

7. Data Ownership and Usage

7.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your customer data, leads, or other business information.

7.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

9.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enterprise CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Enterprise CRM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
